WE REMAIN OPEN FOR NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS.

Challenges related to COVID-19 (coronavirus) are everywhere and they affect all of us.
We are using different tools, and, we contine to represent our clients’ interests every day.

Court rules – To curtail the spread of the virus, the courts have cut back their staff personnel, reset all routine hearings and established rules for handling emergency cases.  Notices of revised court dates, settlement documents and other correspondence are being delivered electronically using state of the art teleconference software supplied by ZOOM

Current Clients – At Woods & Matlock we are maintaining close contact with our existing clients via email, phone to keep them up to date concerning their cases.

New Clients – When someone calls or sends an email to us, we know that person needs information right away. For that reason, phone calls and emails from potential new clients have always received a prompt response – that will continue to be true.

Teleconference Technology –  We here at Woods & Matlock P.C. are conducting mediation sessions, collaborative law meetings and client conferences  via the same teleconference technology required by the Collin County CourtsZOOM

ZOOM IS FREE
